Terms of Service — JK Satellite Rental

  1. Overview

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers of JK Satellite Rental, including rental and accessory purchases.

  1. Rental Agreement

By completing a rental booking, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for the safe use and care of the Starlink Mini equipment during the rental period.
  • The minimum rental duration is 7 days. Early returns do not qualify for a partial refund.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Damage, loss, or missing accessories may result in deductions from your security deposit or additional charges.
  1. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days after the equipment is received back in good condition.

  1. Shipping & Returns
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for returning the equipment.
  • All accessories included with the Starlink Mini must be returned together with the unit.
  • Once equipment has been shipped and is in transit to you, no cancellations or refunds can be processed.
  1. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

  1. Limitation of Liability

JK Satellite Rental is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our equipment or services, including but not limited to loss of connectivity, data, or business interruption.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
