Return & Refund Policy — JK Satellite Rental
Starlink Rentals
All rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun. If you need to cancel before your rental start date, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the rental fee.
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days after the equipment is received back in good condition. Deductions may be made for damage, missing components, or late returns.
Rentals have a minimum duration of 7 days. Early returns do not qualify for a partial refund.
Once the equipment has been shipped and is in transit to you, no refunds or cancellations can be processed.
All accessories included with the Starlink Mini must be returned together with the unit at the end of the rental period. Missing accessories may result in deductions from the security deposit.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by us for returning the equipment. Please use the provided label to ensure a tracked and hassle-free return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at jksatelliterental@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
