Shipping Policy — JK Satellite Rental

  1. Processing Time

All orders and rental bookings are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your shipment is on its way.

  1. Shipping Rates & Carriers

We ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We offer flat-rate shipping to both Canada and the United States.

  1. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada: 2–5 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the UPS website.

  1. No Refunds After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, no cancellations or refunds can be processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Return Shipping

A prepaid UPS return shipping label will be provided for returning rental equipment. All items, including the Starlink Mini and any included accessories, must be returned using the provided label to ensure tracked and insured delivery.

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at jksatelliterental@gmail.com. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
